With a story as bold as its flavour, Ice Breaker Pale Ale takes inspiration from The Anchor Bankside, a historic Greene King riverside pub once famed as a haunt for smugglers.

Under the cover of darkness, smugglers would sneak their contraband ashore before hiding it in hollowed-out oak beams and ingenious secret compartments built into the pub itself.
