Specification

A pale, cloudy liquid with natural sediment. Clean, characteristically ginger aroma. A good, strong, fiery ginger beer with a fullness of flavour. The warm mouth feel results from the infusion of pure Chinese ginger root. A three-dimensional texture is achieved through the botanical brewing process and the addition of pear juice.
