The appearance is of a traditional lemonade” a pale, cloudy liquid, with natural sediment. A distinct lemon aroma, but not aromatic. A refreshingly sharp taste with a rounded lemon flavour. A clean taste which leaves a clear palate. A three-dimensional texture is achieved through the botanical brewing process and the balance of the sweetness of pear with the sharpness of lemon.
