A most unusual gin. Distilled in decidedly un-ginnish Scotland, Hendrick's uses a marriage of spirits from a Carter Head and Bennett Still to produce a divinely smooth gin with both character and balance. Handcrafted in miniscule batches of only 450 litres at a time, Hendrick's uses 11 peculiar botanicals along with uniquely curious infusions of cucumber and rose petals to create a wonderfully refreshing taste with a delightfully floral aroma.
A prodigious, intense nose of crisp, zesty botanicals harmoniously balanced with juniper and coriander, and a deep surprisingly floral, most unusual aroma of violets and rose. Curiously smooth on the palate, with a superb balance of botanicals and marvellous complexity. A subtle, supernaturally pleasurable lingering finish of cool, refreshing cucumber and rose.
