Monkey Shoulder is a blend of Single Malt whiskies from 3 of Speyside's finest distilleries, which are represented by the iconic 3 Monkeys in our logo and on the bottle. Each batch of Monkey Shoulder is a blend of just 27 casks. Monkey Shoulder is matured in American Oak barrels giving it a smoother, sweeter flavour profile than most Scotch Whiskies. The name refers to a stress injury sustained by traditional malt men - we use this term affectionately because one of our malts is still turned by hand. Above all, Monkey Shoulder is fun, mixable and should never be taken too seriously.
