What are pins?

Pins are smaller containers for cask conditioned ale. Containing 4.5 gallons of ale, they are half the size of a traditional 9 gallon firkin. This means you only need to sell 12 pints a day to maintain quality (rather than 24 when using firkins), vital for keeping your ale drinkers happy.
