This fruity pale ale is generously hopped to deliver bold, layered flavours. Simcoe is added in the copper to provide a robust bitterness and a distinctive resinous backbone, while Citra and Centennial contribute bright citrus and tropical fruit notes. Simcoe is then added twice more to intensify flavours of citrus, pine resin, and passion fruit.
